      Let a Manager schedule articles to your Medium and LinkedIn

      What changed

      Workspace owners can give a Manager access to schedule articles to the owner’s Medium, LinkedIn, or both. Those articles go out through the owner’s own connections, as the owner or as a LinkedIn Company Page the owner manages. The access covers scheduled articles only: posting notes to those accounts, publishing right away, connecting accounts, and settings stay with the owner, and Authors can only publish to their assigned Substack publications.

      Why it matters

      A VA or editor can schedule a writer’s Medium and LinkedIn articles from the team workspace without the writer sharing a login or scheduling each one themselves.

      Scheduling a note no longer freezes the composer

      What changed

      Schedule and Add to queue now clear the editor as soon as you choose them and finish in the background. If Narrareach can’t schedule the note, it puts the note, its time, and its settings straight back. If you have already started another note, the unscheduled one is kept for you to recover.

      Why it matters

      Writers can start their next note right away instead of waiting several seconds on Scheduling… for each one.

      What changed

      Articles sent to X no longer show an X publishing delays notice in the publish dialog, and the REST API and MCP no longer attach that warning. X has no ongoing delay.

      Failed articles say when a destination needs reconnecting

      What changed

      When a scheduled article can’t go out because its Medium or LinkedIn connection is disconnected, the failure now names that platform and asks you to reconnect it. Before, it said the article missed its publishing window and suggested a new time. Other destinations on the same schedule keep their own status.

      Why it matters

      Writers know to reconnect the account before rescheduling, instead of picking a new time that would fail the same way.

      Disconnecting a social account fully disconnects it

      What changed

      Disconnecting a social channel or a LinkedIn identity in Settings now also ends the connection with the service Narrareach publishes through, not only in Narrareach. If that step can’t finish right away, Narrareach retries it. Reconnecting the same account later keeps it in place.

      Why it matters

      Writers who disconnect a channel know Narrareach no longer holds a live connection to it.

      Research Desk writes a week of notes for you to review

      What changed

      The Research Desk can answer with an agent that shows each research step, picks up to five angles from what is working in your niche, and writes about twenty notes using your voice profile. The notes appear under its reply as cards: edit one, schedule it into your next open slot, or dismiss it. Nothing is scheduled until you choose. Once a week it also offers to do this for your niche.

      Writers get a week of notes grounded in current research and written in their voice, and approve each one before it is queued.

      Your voice profile

      What changed

      A voice profile collects how you sound, Do and don’t rules, posts that sound like you, topics and stances, real material, and your own instructions in one place. It replaces the Writer Identity form in Settings, lists recent changes, and lets you undo the latest one.

      Why it matters

      Writers can see and correct what Narrareach knows about their voice in one place instead of repeating the same feedback on every draft.

      Open Settings → Writer Identity. If your account has a voice profile, it appears there under Your voice.

      Voice suggestions from your own posts

      What changed

      Narrareach can read your own posts and suggest stances and material-bank entries. Each suggestion is copied from your post and shows the passage it came from. While the Human Quality standard is on, its built-in rules also appear next to your own under Do and don’t.

      Why it matters

      Writers can build a voice profile from what they have already written, and nothing is added until they approve it.

      Manage your voice profile from your AI assistant

      What changed

      Connected assistants can read your voice profile before drafting, save a preference or a real story you state in the conversation, change or remove a rule, decide a suggestion with your answer, and undo the latest change.

      Why it matters

      Writers who draft in Claude or ChatGPT get the same voice there as in Narrareach, and every change made through the assistant appears in the profile’s recent changes.

      What changed

      Narrareach is listed as an official Claude connector and an official ChatGPT plugin. Open Connectors in Claude or Plugins in ChatGPT, find Narrareach, choose Connect, and sign in.

      Writers can connect their assistant without copying a server URL or filling in a custom connector form.

      What changed

      The Android beta has its own download page with install steps, update instructions, and fixes for common install problems. The download link always points to the current build.

      What changed

      X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest open their own approval page in the app and return straight to it. Bluesky connects with a handle and app password form. Substack, Medium, and LinkedIn Articles still use the browser sign-in.

      Why it matters

      Writers can add a channel from their phone without being sent to a web page and asked to connect again.

      Blog automation asks before emailing Substack subscribers

      What changed

      Each blog source now has its own setting for emailing Substack subscribers, and it is off unless you turn it on. Adding a blog with Substack as a destination asks the question before it can be saved. Blog automation also no longer republishes a blog’s older articles when its feed changes link format.

      Why it matters

      Writers decide which imported articles reach subscribers’ inboxes, and a feed change cannot flood a publication with its back catalog.

      Clear notice when a renewal payment fails

      What changed

      When a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active for 14 days, never past the end of the billing period. Narrareach shows a payment-due notice in the app and sends one email with the date access ends and a link to update your card.

      Why it matters

      Writers find out about a failed payment while there is still time to fix it, instead of when access stops.

      What changed

      What changed

      Generated and rewritten notes follow how your own notes are laid out. If you mostly write in paragraphs, they stay as paragraphs instead of being split into one sentence per line.

      Why it matters

      Writers spend less time re-joining lines so a generated note looks like one they would write.

      What changed

      When you have one ready Substack connection, assistants and the REST API use it for Notes and articles and name it in the response. The publish dialog remembers the publication you last chose, and publications that share one Substack login keep their own details.

      Writers with one publication no longer have to confirm it on every request, and writers with several publish to the one they picked.

  2. Reuse saved visuals across platforms and review scheduled content with your AI assistant

      Reuse Instagram images and carousels on LinkedIn and TikTok

      What changed

      Choose an Instagram visual generated in Narrareach and schedule its images to connected LinkedIn or TikTok accounts without generating them again. LinkedIn PDF carousels remain LinkedIn-only.

      Why it matters

      Writers can reuse the visual work they have already reviewed and choose a new destination without rebuilding each post.

      In Notes, open the generation dropdown, choose the Instagram format, and select Reuse a recent visual. Add the new platform and remove any destination where you do not want another post.

      What changed

      Connected MCP assistants can inspect queued LinkedIn text, preview a replacement, and apply it after confirmation. Article checks also link to the Narrareach draft for content review, without claiming to verify the platform’s scheduled copy.

      Why it matters

      Writers can correct eligible LinkedIn posts from their assistant and understand which article details still need checking before publication.

New capabilities, meaningful workflow improvements, and fixes that change reliability, account safety, recovery, or a customer-visible outcome. Routine internal maintenance stays out.

Availability
