1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Narrareach you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind your team or organization.
2. Your content and usage rights
You retain ownership of drafts, Notes, articles, images, analytics exports, and published content. You grant Narrareach a limited license to process that content only so we can provide the product: drafting, scheduling, adapting, previewing, publishing, cross-posting, analytics, and subscriber workflows.
3. Connected platforms
Narrareach works with connected publishing destinations such as Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, and Threads. Platform availability, API rules, publishing limits, moderation rules, and account access can change outside our control. You are responsible for following the terms of each platform you connect.
4. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Some integrations rely on third-party platform availability; we monitor and communicate incidents as they happen. We may suspend accounts abusing rate limits or violating platform terms.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges. We do not offer refunds for previously billed periods but will work with you to resolve any issues.
6. AI-assisted workflows
Narrareach may help generate, rewrite, score, or repurpose content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before publishing, including factual claims, legal claims, medical claims, financial claims, affiliate disclosures, and platform-specific compliance.
