Plain-language terms that keep your content safe and clarify how narraReach operates.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing narraReach you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind your team or organization.

2. Usage rights

You retain full ownership of your drafts and published content. You grant us a limited license to process articles so we can deliver them to platforms you connect (Medium, Substack, Ghost, Beehiiv, LinkedIn, DEV, Hashnode, and others).

3. Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Some integrations rely on third-party platform availability; we monitor and communicate incidents as they happen. We may suspend accounts abusing rate limits or violating platform terms.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges. We do not offer refunds for previously billed periods but will work with you to resolve any issues.
