Replies In Your Voice

Reply To Reader Comments In Your Voice, From One Inbox

Ian Kiprono

Narrareach collects reader comments in the Activity Center: Substack comments, plus comments on posts Narrareach published in the last 30 days to LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. For each comment it can draft a reply in your voice, which you edit and send, and the reply is threaded under the reader's comment from the account that published the post. On Full Agentic Mode, Substack comments can also be answered automatically.

At a glance

One inbox for reader comments, with replies drafted in your voice

See comments on your Substack Notes and on the posts Narrareach published to LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook in one place, start from a reply drafted in your voice, and send it under the reader's comment.

  • Drafts learn from your own posts, so replies sound like you rather than a generic assistant.
  • Nothing is posted until you send it, unless you turn on automatic Substack replies.
  • Sent replies move to History, so you can see who you have already answered.

Quick answer

Start with this workflow

Use each platform's own notifications when you post in one place. Use Narrareach when your readers comment across Substack, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and you want one inbox with replies drafted in your voice.

Workflow

  1. 1Connect Substack and the social accounts Narrareach publishes to.
  2. 2Open the Inbox in the Activity Center to see new reader comments in one list.
  3. 3Review the reply Narrareach drafts in your voice, edit it, or write your own.
  4. 4Send it, and the reply is posted under the reader's comment from the account that published the post.

What Narrareach adds

  • Drafts learn from your own posts, so replies sound like you rather than a generic assistant.
  • Nothing is posted until you send it, unless you turn on automatic Substack replies.
  • Sent replies move to History, so you can see who you have already answered.

Availability and publishing details

  • Social comments are collected for posts Narrareach published in the last 30 days, not for posts you published elsewhere.
  • Automatic replies cover Substack comments only, are part of Full Agentic Mode, and are paced at up to 10 an hour.

One inbox for comments on every platform you publish to

The Activity Center lists new reader activity in an Inbox and keeps handled items in History. Substack activity includes likes, restacks and comments on your Notes. Comments from other platforms appear when they are on a post Narrareach published in the last 30 days to LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, and every item shows which platform it came from.

A comment can be replied to when it is on your own post and its account is still connected. Comments on posts you published outside Narrareach are shown for context but cannot be answered from Narrareach.

  • Clear the Inbox once a day rather than replying the moment each comment arrives.
  • Move comments that need no reply to History so the Inbox stays a to-do list.

Replies drafted in your voice, sent only when you approve

Ask for a draft and Narrareach writes a reply in the voice it learned from your own posts, with the reader's comment, the post they commented on and any linked article in view. Edit it as much as you like; nothing is published until you send it.

Sent replies are threaded under the reader's comment from the account that published the post, and the comment moves to History. If a platform cannot confirm a reply went through, Narrareach asks you to check the thread instead of sending a second copy.

  • Add one specific detail from the reader's comment so the reply is clearly for them.
  • End with a question when you want the conversation to keep going.

Automatic replies to Substack comments

On Full Agentic Mode you can turn on auto-reply for new comments on Substack. Replies are written in your voice, only comments that arrive after you turn it on are answered, and sending is paced at up to 10 replies an hour per account.

Auto-reply is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time from the Activity Center. Each reply's delivery status is shown next to the comment it answered.

  • Read the first day of automatic replies before leaving auto-reply on for good.
  • Keep answering long or personal comments yourself.

The problem

The manual version gets old fast.

Comments are where readers turn into regulars, but they are spread across every platform you publish to. Checking Substack, LinkedIn, Threads and Instagram one by one means some readers get an answer the same day and others never do.

A quick reply written in a hurry also rarely sounds like the post it answers. Writers want to respond to everyone without every reply reading like a form letter.

Narrareach brings the comments together and starts each reply in your voice, so answering readers takes minutes and still sounds like you.

How Narrareach solves it

Keep the publishing system close to the writing.

One reader inbox - so comments from Substack and six social platforms are answered from one place

Drafts in your voice - so every reply starts from words that sound like your own posts

Threaded replies - so each answer appears under the reader's comment from the account that published the post

Substack auto-reply - so new Substack comments get a reply in your voice even on busy days, on Full Agentic Mode

Questions writers ask

Which comments can I reply to from Narrareach?

Comments on your Substack Notes, and comments on posts Narrareach published in the last 30 days to LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, as long as the account that published the post is still connected.

Does Narrareach post replies without asking me?

Only if you turn on auto-reply, which is available for Substack comments on Full Agentic Mode. Otherwise every reply is a draft until you review it and send it.

How does Narrareach write replies in my voice?

It drafts from the voice profile it learns from your own posts, with the reader's comment and your original post in view, so the reply matches how you usually write.

Where does my reply appear?

Under the reader's comment, posted from the account that published the original post, the same as if you had replied on the platform yourself.

Can I reply to comments on posts I published outside Narrareach?

Not yet. Those comments can be shown for context, but only comments on posts Narrareach published can be answered from Narrareach.
