Privacy Policy

Overview

Narrareach operates a web application, an iPhone app with an optional Safari session bridge, publishing integrations, optional browser-assisted workflows, and an MCP connector for approved AI clients. We process the minimum data needed to help you draft, schedule, cross-post, analyze, and manage writing across Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Threads, and any other destination you choose to connect.

We never sell personal information. We do not track browsing activity outside Narrareach and the publishing destinations you expressly connect.

Data we process

The following data is collected directly from you or generated while using Narrareach:

• Account details – name, email address, and authentication data managed by Clerk.
• Draft content – articles, Notes, images, prompts, rewritten drafts, and schedule details you create or import.
• Connected platform data – encrypted credentials, OAuth tokens, profile identifiers, publishing status, and platform URLs for destinations you connect.
• Analytics and subscriber signals – performance data, replies, clicks, restacks, comments, subscriber activity, and derived summaries where supported.
• Reader communications – direct-message content, conversation metadata, mention suggestions, sequence templates, and delivery status when you use Reader Activity or Sequences.
• Usage diagnostics – account-linked product interactions, app version, device and operating-system details, and reliability events that help us operate and improve the product. Mobile analytics exclude note content, cookies, tokens, and raw URLs.

Browser-assisted publishing and reader engagement

The Narrareach browser extension and iPhone Safari session bridge run only on narrareach.com and the publishing destinations you connect. The iPhone bridge performs only an explicit session refresh that you initiate. In line with browser-extension policy, these extensions:

• Detects whether the extension is installed so the web app can hide the installation prompt.
• Publishes content you explicitly trigger from Narrareach to a destination you connected.
• Searches Substack mention suggestions, loads conversations you open, and sends replies or sequence messages you configure.
• Reads page structure on supported platforms solely to map your draft to the correct editor fields.
• Does not collect your browsing history or monitor unrelated tabs. It sends data only to Narrareach and the connected platforms required to perform actions you request.

How we use the data

We use stored tokens and connected-platform metadata to authenticate with the platforms you choose, render previews, execute publish actions, schedule posts, retrieve analytics, display reader conversations, deliver configured messages, and power optional AI-assisted drafting or repurposing. Content and platform credentials remain encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share personal data with advertisers.

AI assistant and MCP access

If you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP-compatible client, that client can only access Narrareach through the permissions you approve. OAuth scopes are tied to your Narrareach account, and you can revoke connected access from the app.

Retention and deletion

Drafts, sequence configuration and delivery records, and platform credentials are stored until you delete them or close your account. Conversation content fetched through the extension is displayed in your browser; Narrareach stores only the message templates, drafts, and delivery records required for workflows you configure. You can request deletion at any time by emailing ian.kiprono@narrareach.com. We remove your account, drafts, and stored tokens within 14 days and confirm the deletion once complete.

Your controls

• Disconnect any platform at any time from the Narrareach dashboard.
• Delete drafts you no longer need and remove the Narrareach app to clear app data stored on your device.
• Disable analytics collection by contacting ian.kiprono@narrareach.com.
