Let a VA write in your voice
Invite an assistant to your team workspace, choose Your voice, and every note they draft with Reach AI sounds like you, not them.
How it works
Each teammate writes as someone
When you invite someone, you choose whose voice Reach AI uses for the drafts they generate. You can change it any time.
Your voice
For assistants, VAs, and ghostwriters drafting on your behalf. Reach AI uses your Writer Identity and the style it learned from your notes.
Their own voice
For co-authors publishing under their own name. Reach AI uses the teammate’s own Writer Identity.
Step 1
Teach Narrareach your voice
Open Settings → Writer Identity and fill in your subject area, audience, and voice notes. Narrareach also learns your style from the Substack notes you have published. The more it knows, the less your VA needs to edit.
Step 2
Invite your VA
Open Settings → Team workspace. Enter your VA’s email, pick Author (writes and schedules) or Manager (also refreshes connections and views analytics), and under Writes as choose Your voice. Then select the publications they can publish to and send the invitation.
Your VA accepts from the email, signs in with their own Narrareach account, and lands in your workspace. The team member list shows “Writes in your voice” next to their name.

Switch an existing teammate to your voice
In Settings → Team workspace, find the teammate under Team members and choose Your voice under Writes as. The change saves immediately and applies to the next draft they generate. Choose Their own voice to switch back.
Common questions
Before you ask
Does my VA need my Substack password?
No. Your VA signs in to their own Narrareach account and publishes to the publications you share with them. Your platform logins stay with you.
If I update my Writer Identity, does my VA get the change?
Yes. Teammates writing in your voice always use your latest Writer Identity and writing style, so there is nothing to re-share.
Can my VA edit my voice?
No. Only you can change your Writer Identity. Teammates can draft with your voice but cannot change it.
Do teammates need their own subscription?
No. Teammates you invite work under your plan while they are in your team workspace, even if their own trial has ended.
Can I give one author’s voice to another teammate?
No. A co-author’s personal voice belongs to them. You can have each teammate write in their own voice or in yours.
Writes as is missing and it says everyone writes as one voice
Your workspace has a pinned voice, which applies to every teammate. Email support if you want per-teammate voices instead.
I don’t see Team workspace in Settings
Team workspaces are available on team-enabled plans. Open Settings → Team workspace and choose Request team access, and we will turn it on for you.
