Narrareach on Android
The Android app is in a Google Play beta. Request access, install from Google Play, and connect your publishing destinations on your phone.

Request Android access
Use the Google account that is signed in to Google Play on your phone. It can differ from your Narrareach email.

Install the app

Wait for the approval email
We add the Google account you gave us to the Android testing group, usually within one working day, and email you when it is ready.

Accept the testing invitation
On your phone, open the Google Play testing link while signed in to that same Google account and tap Become a tester.

Install from Google Play
Tap the Google Play link on the testing page and install Narrareach. Updates arrive through Google Play like any other app.

Sign in with your Narrareach account
Use the same sign-in as the web app. Your drafts, queue, and connected channels appear automatically.
This link works only after we have approved your Google account.
Step 3
Connect Substack and Medium
Channels you already connected on the web show up automatically. To connect or refresh Substack or Medium from your phone, open Account, choose the destination, and sign in once inside the Narrareach window. The app saves the session it needs for publishing; it never stores your password.
For Medium, choose email sign-in. Google or Apple sign-in opens a separate browser and cannot connect the app.
Common questions
Before you ask
Google Play says the app is not available to me
The testing link only works for the Google account we approved. Check which account is active in the Play Store (tap your profile photo), switch to the one you gave us, then open the testing link again. If you used a different account, email us and we will add it.
Do I need a separate subscription for the Android app?
No. The Android app uses your existing Narrareach plan. Anything you schedule on your phone appears on the web, and the other way round.
Medium will not connect when I use Google sign-in
Choose Medium’s email sign-in inside the Narrareach connection window. Social sign-in opens a separate browser, so the app cannot save that session.
Does my phone need to stay on for scheduled posts to publish?
No. Once a note or post is scheduled, it publishes without the app being open, so you can close the app or turn your phone off.
How do I leave the beta?
Open the Google Play testing link and choose Leave the program, then uninstall the app. Your Narrareach account and content are not affected.
