Capabilities

What you can do with WordPress

WordPress is an article destination. You write in the Narrareach editor and choose what happens on your site.

Publish or save a draft

Publish the article on your site, or save it there as a draft so you can review and publish it in WordPress yourself.

Schedule for a set time

Pick a date and time and Narrareach sends the article then. Each schedule is a one-time send; repeating schedules are not available for WordPress.

Images and cover

Images in the article and the cover image are uploaded to your site, and the cover becomes the post's featured image.

Tags, excerpt and slug

Up to 10 tags, the excerpt and the URL slug go with the article.

From your AI assistant

Claude and other assistants connected through the Narrareach MCP can schedule a WordPress article or save it as a draft. The REST API is available on Full Agentic Mode.

Questions

WordPress publishing FAQ

Can I schedule WordPress posts with Narrareach?

Yes. Pick a date and time and Narrareach publishes the article to your WordPress site then, or saves it as a draft if you prefer. Each schedule is a one-time send; repeating schedules are not available for WordPress.

What do I need to connect my site?

Your site's HTTPS address, your WordPress username and an Application Password created in your WordPress profile. The site's REST API needs to be reachable; some security plugins and firewalls block it.

Why does my connection say Draft only?

Your WordPress user can save drafts but is not allowed to publish. Narrareach can still save articles as drafts, or you can connect a user with permission to publish. Articles with images also need a user that can upload media.

What are the limits?

You can connect one WordPress site at a time; connecting another one replaces it. If an article has a paywall, only the part above it is sent. Articles with audio or video cannot be sent to WordPress. The connection is personal, so Managers in a team workspace cannot publish to your site for you. Your WordPress site does not count toward your plan's social account total.

Which plan includes WordPress?

WordPress is included on every plan, starting with Audience Builder at $19.99/month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

The problem

Why writers lose time here

Your newsletter lives in one place and your website in another, so every article gets copied, reformatted and re-uploaded by hand before it reaches your site.

The Narrareach fix

Keep distribution in one workflow

Narrareach sends the article you already wrote to your WordPress site, with its images, tags and cover, from the same calendar as your Substack, Medium and LinkedIn publishing.

Outcome

Keep your website up to date without a second publishing pass

Write once in Narrareach and choose whether the article goes live on your site or waits there as a draft for a final look.

Publish now or at a time you pick

Or save it as a WordPress draft and publish it yourself

Images, cover, tags and excerpt sent with the article

Send the same article to Substack, Medium, LinkedIn and Ghost too

Growth strategy

How to use your WordPress site alongside your newsletter

Your own site is the one place you fully control. Keeping it current with your best writing gives readers and search engines a home for your work.

01

Keep a full archive on your own domain

Send each article to WordPress as you publish it elsewhere, so your site always has your latest work.

02

Use drafts when you want a final check

Save the article as a WordPress draft when you want to add a category, a block or a last edit before it goes live.

03

Plan the week from one calendar

Schedule the WordPress article next to the Notes and social posts that point readers to it.
